Group Fitness; Aerobics/Strength/Core

Many forms of exercise, from aerobics to step training to running have taken to the water, joining traditional swimming as one of the world’s most popular fitness programs. Indoor Group Cycling

Whether you are just getting started or have an established training program, we can help you achieve your fitness or racing goals with our cycling program. Cycling can offer benefits for both fitness and fat burning.

Christine has introduced "spinning" to our community. Our gym features three certified cycling instructors who are motivating our members to get fired up about cycling workouts. We offer early morning and late afternoon classes
